Below is a series of final "20 questions" from us to you!
This form is designed to provide B+B with all of the information we will need to create your final invoice.
It will automatically submit to us and you will receive your final invoice based on your responses.

THE SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM WILL BE USED TO GENERATE YOUR FINAL INVOICE.

PLEASE NOTE: With this form, we will ask you to upload the FINAL copy of your timeline and floor plan (unless B+B has provided those services to you already).

This completed form is due back to B+B THREE WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING/rehearsal DATE.

We will get the final invoice back to you as soon as possible, noting the total balance due.
NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR INVOICE WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF YOUR EVENT.

PLEASE PROVIDE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE.
