Below is a series of final "20 questions" from us to you!
This form is designed to provide B+B with all of the information we will need to create your final invoice.
It will automatically submit to us and you will receive your final invoice based on your responses.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM WILL BE CONSIDERED FINAL.

PLEASE NOTE: With this form, we will ask you to upload the FINAL copy of your timeline and floor plan (unless B+B has provided those services to you already).

This completed form is due back to B+B TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DATE.

We will do our best to get the final invoice back to you within one week, noting the total balance due.

PLEASE PROVIDE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE.
