 PLEASE NOTE: We require a 5 business day lead time for all orders.
All menus must finalized within 72 hours of the pick-up or drop-off time.

When working with B+B for meal delivery, all menu items are delivered in recyclable aluminum foil platters, READY TO SERVE. 
Our Individually-Packaged Options are delivered in aluminum pans or compostable packaging, depending on the menu item. 

Please allow up to 30 minutes on-site for our delivery team to set up our classic buffet presentation in our packaging,
including kraft paper table covering, food labels, and serving utensils.
 

Compostable plates, utensils, and napkins can be included for an additional charge.

Should you prefer to transfer our menu items to your own platters, our team is happy to hand them off
at the designated location with simple instructions to ensure your success.
 

To ensure the quality and safety of our food, disposable chafing dishes may be required (at an additional cost)
for any hot food orders being consumed more than 30 minutes after delivery.
Alternatively, if you have access to a conventional oven, reheating instructions can be provided upon request. 

Service, rentals, and alcoholic beverages are not provided with drop-off catering.

We offer deliveries departing our kitchen Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm year-round.

Saturdays + Sundays: May-November: 10am - 4pm,  December-April: 8am-6pm

Our delivery rates begin at $100 for Greater Portland. Each additional half-hour is priced at $50.
Please note that if your event requires multiple deliveries in a day, there will be a charge for each delivery.
Delivery times and locations can be adjusted up until noon on the business day prior to the event.

PICK-UP DETAILS:
If you prefer to pick up your order, please park in front of our headquarters located at 73 Main Street, South Portland, Maine.
It is a big brick building with a large awning with columns.
Look for a giant red circle with the number “73” on the door and ring the doorbell upon arrival.
Our team will load your order into your vehicle, please be sure to have enough space for all items to lay flat. 

Monday - Friday 7am-7pm year-round.

PAYMENT + CANCELLATIONS: A 50% deposit is required to secure any order.
Because we must schedule and prep food per order, we are unable to refund or credit any order once any payment has been made.
Any menu changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Final payment is due 3 days prior to your event.

While our menu is designed to keep seasonality, integrity, and the best available quality in mind,
